Am I having an adverse reaction after having laser hair removal treatment?

It may be an allergic reaction or some temporary folliculitis which is irritation and inflammation of the hair follicles. You can try some hydrocortisone cream on those areas and some oral Benadryl, both over the counter treatments. If it does not resolve or worsens within a couple of days, I would call your provider as you may have to be seen or placed on a short course of antibiotics.

Your look like you had an allergic reaction.  It could have been to the jelly that some lasers need, or else a post treatment product that was applied.   Go see a board certified dermatologist for treatment.  Try to find out what products were used on your skin.  Allergic reactions often appear even after you have previously tolerated a product.
