Can radio frequency devices be used near the lymph nodes or thyroid gland when treating the neck?

I would like to tighten my neck with a radio frequency procedure, but I have hypothyroidism and do not want to cause anymore harm. I also do not want to cause any undue harm to my lymph nodes or system. Has the safety to these areas been measured? Thank you!
