First of all, it looks like you suffer from hormonal acne, not adult acne. this is a completely different animal to treat over regular acne. THe key first is to recognize that this type of acne is actually a naturally dry state. It only become oily because we try to over dry it and it fights back. For this you need a cleanser that is only .5% salicylic acid or less to use twice a day. A prime example would be paulas choice pore normalizing cleanser with the .5% salicylic acid. Second, you need to address the bacterial componont with topical clindamycin wipes twice per day. Third, you need to address the excess male hormone component, which you can do with either spironolactone or birth control. When the acne is cleared, the residual scars can be treated beautifully with either regular morpheus or morpheus resurfacing.
