I’m happy with my breast size on the bottom of my breast, but my upper pole is completely flat. If I were to pull a tank top down so my nipples were almost showing. I would look flat-chested and feel like a boy. I want small implants that look supernatural so I fill out my bras and bathing suit completely. Right now the top of my sports bra is flush with my chest wall. I want my breasts to fill my sports bras enough so that the top of my sports bra is not rubbing against my sternum.
Answer: Implants I would suggest the moderate plus profile and place the implants behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness, more support to the implants, and avoid the implant edge look. I do not use low profile implants because they are just too flat. I have been doing plastic surgery for over 35 years and have tried all heights in the past.

Answer: Breast implants Breast implants are sized according to their volume in cubic centimeters (cc). How do you know what size implant to choose? Looking at pictures and talking to friends who had a breast augmentation might help. Off course the volume will depend on the shape and size of your actual breasts, your frame and the size you want to achieve. Our plastic surgeon will advise you thoroughly. Bringing pictures of a desired restult to be shown to our surgeon, might be very helpful.

Answer: Breast implant size- 250cc silicone low profile, any suggestions? (Photos) A board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bathing suit, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy.

Answer: Size and Profile Selection Good afternoon! We would of course determine this by measuring your chest, reviewing photos together, and finally by having you try on the implant sizers here in the office, but just based on your photos and description I'm leaning towards the Mentor Moderate Classic in the 250-275cc range, under the muscle (of course), through a nipple or crease incision!

Answer: Breast implant size- 250cc silicone low profile Choosing the correct breast implant size or volume can be quite stressful not to mention your plastic surgeon may present you with a number of shapes and profiles. There are a number of methods for determining implant size, none is perfect but they all help. These include the use of sizers or computer 3D imaging of which there are several systems. It is also reasonable to show your surgeon photos from the Internet of what you are hoping to achieve. However, it may be impossible to completely achieve what you visualized but will probably be quite happy with the results! In addition to body shape and various measurements, other factors include your underlying muscle if sub muscular implants are going to be placed, your skin tone, presence of stretchmarks etc. A 250 mL implant is relatively small and the photos provided on this question do not indicate height or chest measurements so it is hard to determine if this will achieve the goals. In general, if more volume is desired in the upper part of the breast, a low profile would not be my first choice. Higher profile implants would achieve better superior fullness.
