I came across this article online indicating a link between energy based device and fat cell deaths. The deeper it goes, the greater risk of fat loss. I'm planning to get INFINI for acne scarring. The current advices on setting seem to be going deeper, on lower energy level and medium pulse duration. Are these setting safe? How do patients turn out, in terms of fat loss, years after INFINI under these settings?
