Dear Daniella100,this type of wound is not uncommon after breast lift. It is usually caused by poor blood flow. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon, follow your surgeon's instructions and keep your wound clean and covered. and it is the junction of the vertical scar and horizontal scar.  Your wound will heal with conservative wound care but timing depends on how extensive it is.  You cannot speed it up so focus on healing and wound care and it will get better.  If there is 'dead tissue' in the wound, best to see your surgeon to clean it up as wounds have to be free of junk before they start healing.  Be patient and don't let yourself expend emotional energy on things you cannot change.  And your final scar will also be much better than you could have imagined.

The anchor intersection (inverted-T "triple point") is the most common place for wound separation and healing issues as it is the corner of skin on each skin flap that is farthest away from a normal intact blood supply. In most cases, local wound care is done until the wound closes and then if the scar is wider, more indented or otherwise improvable, a local anesthesia touchup in the office can be performed. If the degree of tissue loss is greater, more advanced wound management techniques may be required (you did not furnish a picture so it's hard to know what degree of issue you have). Some surgeons will debride (clean up) the wound edges and reclose the incision if possible using sterile surgical technique, though there is a slight risk of infection occurring with this approach. See your surgeon regularly and discuss wound management options.
