My face has changed in the past few years. It used to be more heart shaped but I'm not sure if it's age, grinding my teeth, migrating filler or the effect of morpheus, but I need help. I'm not sure how to change my face shape to be more heart or oval? Do I add filler to my chin? Get Botox on my jaw? Filler in my jaw? Or do I need a different surgery?
Answer: Options for Achieving a Heart or Oval Face Shape Thank you for sharing your concerns and photos. Facial shape changes over time can be influenced by various factors such as aging, muscle activity, and previous cosmetic treatments. There are several non-surgical and surgical options that can help you achieve a more heart-shaped or oval face: Dermal Fillers: Adding fillers to specific areas such as the chin, cheeks, and jawline can help contour your face to create a more heart-shaped or oval appearance. Fillers can restore lost volume and provide a subtle lift. Botox: If teeth grinding (bruxism) has caused your jaw muscles to become more prominent, Botox injections in the masseter muscles can help slim down the lower face, contributing to a more oval shape. Thread Lifts: This minimally invasive procedure can lift and tighten sagging skin, improving facial contours. Ultrasound or Radiofrequency Treatments: Non-surgical skin tightening procedures, such as Ultherapy or Thermage, can help lift and firm the skin, enhancing your facial shape. Surgical Options: In some cases, surgical procedures such as a lower facelift or chin augmentation may be recommended for more significant changes. It’s essential to consult with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and evaluate the best treatment plan for your specific needs. They can provide a personalized assessment and recommend the most appropriate options to help you achieve your desired facial shape. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or need further assistance. Best regards,

Answer: RE: change my face shape Hello Dear Looseskinbgone, It is Dr. Hong from Fresh Plastic Surgery Clinic South Korea, Seoul. Based on pictures, you has quite prominent cheek bones and quite narrow jaw bone, so face has heart-shape. Also, what I've noticed it is temple area and chin area hollows and sagging in lower part. If you want make your face shape more smooth and fix unevenness, I would recommend face fat transfer to parts are hollowed, and some tightening for lower part. Best regards

Answer: Temporal lift You have significant fullness in your upper cheeks and overall you have adequate facial fullness so I would not recommend any further filler. A temporal lift would help lift your cheeks, and smooth out your face for a more desired heart shape.
