In early April I was incorrectly given Kenalog in my glute for an ear infection. Since then, a 2” round and 1/4” deep dimple has formed that is extremely painful. Since it is 60 days since that medicine has been administered and the dimple keeps growing/hurting, what would be a permanent fix? It’s been suggested that the pain is due to the fat and muscle atrophy. Is filler a permanent fix or like lip filler, does it migrate? Any suggestions for a lifelong fix are so appreciated!
