In Dec I got under eye filler, placed only in the area from the middle area to the outer part of the under eye, as the inner parts (close to nose) were still filled from the last time (3-4 years ago). It looked great until I had the flu 6 weeks later. Suddenly I noticed the injected part to be a bit swollen and even after I got better, it still looked the same. Whenever I had lumps prior, I would massage and it would turn out great. Does it look like the filler migrated below into my cheek?

There are a few options that may give you improvement. Treatments such as Morpheus8 or SkinPen can improve the appearance of small irregularities in the skin contour. For deeper crevices you can consider fat grafting to the area. HA fillers are an option but would be temporary. See a board...
From the photo provided, it appears that a robust HA volumizing filler would work well for contouring the face, and at the same time improving the under-eye areas and diminishing the smile lines. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler...
I would fill cheek area before trying to fill area under eyes. The skin will drape differently and you might see a great improvement overall without need to go near eyes. Remember that those with more experience with this should be able to approach this in a better way and do a good job.
