When I spoke to my dermatologist about my double chin , and asked for LIPOSUCTION , they don't do liposuction and they suggested that looking at me , they dont think I need LIPO.Instead suggested a new treatment in their office : http://bellevuelasercenter.com/ This is called : AGNES AND SCARLET! I am comparing the above 2 treatments with Chin Liposuction.
Answer: Improving a double chin It's hard to answer your question without looking at all angles, or examining you in person. Double chins can have a number of different causes, including superficial subcutaneous fat, deep subplatysmal fat, digastric muscle hypertrophy, and a weak chin, and often a combination of several of these. Agnes and Scarlet can only improve superficial fat, and to a lesser extent that liposuction can.

Answer: Neck Sagging/Fat - VASERlipo, FaceTite/AccuTite, Morpheus8/Fractora, Neck Lift/Platysmaplasty; Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy "For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result. With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Overall, the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. Microneedling and laser treatments for texture 2. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Jeuveau to help platysmal bands 3. Intensif, Fractora, PiXel8, or Morpheus8 microneedling RF for crepey skin and lifting 4. Injectable fillers like Belotero, Restylane Silk, Versa, and Juvederm Volbella to improve lines and folds 5. Face/neck lifting if sagging is prominent or premature, with or without platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. Renuvion (J-Plasma), ThermiRF, and InMode FaceTite/AccuTite for internal tightening 7. Ultherapy and Thermage for external tightening 8. Regular Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, or InMode Forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO NovaThreads or Silhouette InstaLift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production See an expert for a formal evaluation and to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: Neck contouring The distribution of volume excess under the chin in your case suggests that there may be a significant contribution from below the platysma muscles rather than just under the skin. This is because the jawline contour appears good and the volume underneath is moderate. This assessment may be skewed if you were pushing the chin down when taking the photo. One way to test whether fatty tissue distribution is predominantly superficial is to contract the platysma muscles (you can do this by pushing the lower lip down would strongly) and then to pinch above the contracted muscles. If you get relatively small volume in the pinch, liposuction or external non-invasive treatments that address the superficial fat are not likely to produce a meaningful change. In this situation, an anterior neck lift or short scar neck lift can remove the following under the platysma as well as to a lesser degree under the skin, leaving a smooth skin contour and increased definition. It does also leave a 3 cm scar under the chin that you would need to be aware of.

Answer: How to treat submental fat under the chin Radiofrequency energy alone is not going to remove the submental fat under your chin, so you are unlikely to achieve a very satisfying result with this approach. I recommend a combination of liposuction to remove the fat and a nonsurgical skin tightening treatment like ThermiTight if skin laxity is also an issue. These two procedures can be performed together using local anesthesia and require just a few days of downtime afterward. This approach will provide you with dramatic results that would be far superior to a radiofrequency treatment alone. Make sure you work with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure your treatment is safe and successful.

Answer: Double chin help More information is needed such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles. From the one very limited photograph, it appears that there is that deposit is located above AND below the platysma muscle itself. Liposuction can only remove fat deposits above the Platysma muscle. A neck lift is required to remove fat deposits below the platysma muscle and then a platysma plasty is required which also significantly improves the jawline. No skin removal is required.
