How long to wait for 2nd Agnes under eyes?

Question

I am reading different timelines suggesting AGNES RF for Undereye bags… Some say wait 1-2 months for 2nd treatment, others say wait at least 3-6. (I am considering having my lateral fat pads treated a 2nd time, but wonder how long I should wait before treating them again? (I am wondering if some of the fat from first treatment could still be leaving /reabsorbjng into my body, as the area still looks to have 1-2 collagen bumps)

It is recommended to wait about 4 months between Agnes sessions so as to allow for the full effect of each treatment and avoid the risk of over-treating the area. Thanks for your question. There are two things to consider- the first is how many sessions the provider is estimating will be needed to adequately treat the fat pad based on its size. If we look at a fat pad and estimate it will be 3 sessions (that's the average) then we go ahead and set up those sessions about 4 weeks apart. We then wait 6 months to see the full remodeling before deciding whether to do any additional treatments as it can take that long to see the 'final result'. An alternative would be to do the sessions 6 months apart, each time waiting for the full 6 months to see the full effect of that individual session. That's not a 'wrong' approach- and it might be the way one patient wants to go to try to minimize the cost of treatment- but most do not want to "drag the process out" like that and would prefer to see the changes evolve more quickly and use the former approach.
