I’m almost 20 years old and I want to get a fat transfer to my breasts from my stomach. I would also like to get an areola reduction however I feel like my breasts are a little bit saggy so would a lift be recommended?
Answer: Fat Transfer for Breast Augmentation An areolar reduction would compliment the fat transfer breast augmentation and could be safely done as a combination procedure. In addition this would tighten the overlying skin envelope giving the breast a perkier look.

Answer: Left Breast Lift With Implants Kayla. It appears from your photographs that you have modest asymmetry, the left breast droops more than the right. Your best option should be left breast lift with bilateral implant placement. If your areola size bothers you, then reduction can also be performed at the same time. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your region. Good luck.

Answer: Would I need to get a breast lift as well as areola reduction and fat transfer? (Photo) The areolae can definitely be reduced with periareolar scars. This gives a little bit of lift as well. Fat grafting to the breast is an implant-free procedure that is less invasive and offers more natural results than traditional breast implants, and with less downtime required. Areolar reduction and fat grafting can be performed at the same time. Answer: Fat transfer query Thank you for your question. I agree that fat transfer to the breasts is much more natural way of increasing the size of the breast than silicone breast implants. However, achieving a desired size might sometimes require several stages (repeating the procedure a few times) depending on what breast size you are aiming to achieve. The reason is the fact that there is only certain amount of fat we can transfer safely into the breast tissue at one time in order to allow fat grafts to grow into the breast tissue. For example, transferring too much fat to the breast tissue will simply be absorbed or result in formation of oil cyst or fat necrosis (lumps of scar tissue). In addition, even if we put the right amount of fat in the breast tissue half of it is expected to survive.Regarding whether or not you need an uplift, this is really up to you. If you are not sure whether or not you wish to have your arealae reduced and nipples lifted you can always decide once you achieved your desired breast size. Your plastic surgeon will be able to discuss this in a greater detail.Hope this helps.
