Hi again SeattleYes30; I refer questions such as yours regarding Adderall, to our anesthesiologist or to your primary care physician. Are you taking it for ADHD or ADD? It is a type of amphetamine and has a risk of abuse similar to cocaine. Are you under a doctor's care for this medication and have you been using it for a period of time safely? Do you take any other medications? Overall, there are no anesthetic risks per se when used appropriately; these and other related questions as mentioned are important in determining safety and optimal care prior to surgery. There are risks to stopping it as well so these questions are best answered during a brief history and physical and further discussion.
Thank you for your question. This is a common medication. I have several patients who are on it, I do not make them stop it for their surgery including BBL.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
Hello and thank you for your excellent question. We have patients stop Adderall 2 weeks before surgery, but not all practices will have this policy. You should check with your surgeon. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. I suggest that you find a board-certified plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable. Be sure to have all of your questions answered during a face-to-face meeting with your surgeon, and review before and after pictures of patients who have had similar procedures. Good luck!Best, Jon Ver Halen, MD FACS Harvard educated plastic surgeon Texas “Top Doc”

Thank you very much for this question. I would settle with a plastic surgeon that you feel comfortable with. 80% of all people who choose to go abroad for aesthetic surgery will do this to save money. However my first advise will be not to only look at the costs but to choose a plastic surg...
Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you look a good candidate for full body intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area, also, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get...
