Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you look a good candidate for full body intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area, also, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hello and Great Question. I appreciate the time you are spending researching this procedure. My name is Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel. I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Butt Augmentation Specialist.Based on your photos, you have enough fat to contour your waist and to transfer to your butt. The wish photos appear to be models who have less than 10% body fat and are extremely fit/toned/muscular. I think the wish photos are likely not achievable bc of this. However, I do think you are a good candidate for a BBL. I hope that helps! Best of Luck!Matthew J. Thanks for your question and the photos with a wish list. You are a good candidate for the BBL. The issues I see are with the curvature of your tummy. If the muscles are loose, you would do better with a tummy tuck in the front. A physical exam would answer this question. Secondly, you will have a larger rounder buttocks, but you may not have enough fat to get the "Wish" results you posted.Dr T
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us!Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck. These procedures could help you to get close to what you want. Remember that each body is different, please make sure to talk about your expectations with you surgeon. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine, please also look for a board certified plastic surgeon that helps to get what you are looking for, remember that your safety, always, must be first. Good luck and have a great day! Dr. JPG
based on your photographs, you are a good candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. You can have high definition abdominal Liposuction to reduce your andomen waist and back and snatch your waist. Some or all of the fat can be placed in your hips and buttocks to give you more hip width and more projection. I hope this helps. I have attached a link. Best regards
You look like an excellent candidate for a brazilian butt lift. You would need to be seen in person to evaluate your areas of concern and to see if your goals might be reachable. You may eventually need abdominal wall tightening to flatten your stomach. Good luck.
You would make a great candidate for BBL! Keep in mind that for best results, High Definition liposuction should be used, which should ideally include VASER technology, PowerX liposuction cannulas, and Cool Helium Plasma skin tightening if there is any skin redundancy. Also, Puregraft fat transfer offers the highest yield of fat.
Dear ConFau,a detailed examination would be required to determine the cause of your problem. Based on your photos, it does look like a hump with surrounding redness of the skin. This might be cause by an infection, inflammation, necrosis, etc. I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon...
Thanks for the question. I have not heard of any surgeons doing this, and would be extremely cautious of anyone giving away free surgery. In my opinion it is unethical and could imply some ulterior motive. I would have a hard time believing a reputable, capable, board certified...
Thanks for your question and posting pictures. Safety is at the forefront of any reputable plastic surgeon's mind. A big risk in many plastic surgery operations is DVT, or deep venous thrombosis- a blood clot usually in the legs. This clot can then travel upstream through the heart and get...
