Hello, I had Rhinoplasty/ Septoplasty 6 months ago everything was healing ok until 2 months ago that i started to have crusting inside my nose. I saw my surgeon 1 month ago and he said to use saline gel and saline sprays that it was just some dryness. Last week I called him cause the crusting hasn't stop and he prescript me Bactroban ointment for 5 days, I can't go see him to often. I haven't started yet because i am not sure if this is safe to use, since he hasn't tested for an infection.
