What would you recommend to help define my profile/jawline? When I smile, I already have a long, kinda knobby chin but I am concerned about my neck to chin definition. I am 5'5 and 124lbs. Not much fat for kybella, which I tried one treatment of with no result 6mo ago. Perhaps lipo but am open to all ideas/options. Thanks.

Liposuction alone may improve the contour but I am concerned that when you smile your chin becomes more prominent. With an implant, this may not be an aesthetically pleasing look. An in office consultation is need to evaluate and discuss all the options.

You definitely are a good candidate for an extended chin implant.It will decrease your overly pointy chin, create an attractive jawline from the side view, allow you to close your mouth easier, and decrease the chance of an "orange peel appearance" to your chin skin as you get older. With reference to the fat in your neck, it appears to be very minimal and I believe a well placed chin implant will obviate the necessity for liposuction of your neck.As I am sure you already know, seeing at least three Board Certified plastic surgeons with before and after chin implants as part of their online portfolio will help you decide on which surgery and which plastic surgeon.
