It does appear that the tip of the nose drifts off to the left. Most of all of that asymmetry could probably be alleviated in a rhinoplasty, because it appears from this photo that elevating the tip of your nose would be an important part of the procedure, and when we elevate the tip, it gives more opportunities, surgically, to correct asymmetries. Have to say, it seems that we might want to elevate your tip quite a bit... remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. Those changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery.
