Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. This can also help straighten your nose. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. The best way to assess if somebody has a nasal bump is to view an oblque photo, or a profile photo. Based on your front view, you appear to have a c-shaped appearance with an indentation along your left nasal sidewall. A deviated nasal septum would not cause mucus to run from your nose. If you have concerns about the appearance and function of your nose, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
It does appear that the tip of the nose drifts off to the left. Most of all of that asymmetry could probably be alleviated in a rhinoplasty, because it appears from this photo that elevating the tip of your nose would be an important part of the procedure, and when we elevate the tip, it gives more opportunities, surgically, to correct asymmetries.Have to say, it seems that we might want to elevate your tip quite a bit... remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. Those changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery.
Hi,Persistant clean watery fluid from nose should be ruled out cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)leak,if you had any nose surgery or trauma before. Rarely CSF can occur spontanously also. For evaulating your nose crookedness better,it is better to see it exactly opposite angle, even it seems slightly tilted.Best Regards
Posting an in action photo and not a front view in good side views very difficult to advise best to repost photos or do a virtual consultation. My assumption would be to do a full rhinoplasty with septoplasty fee $12,000-$20,000. Best of virtual concert with.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question if you can share your photos from the front and side profiles at 95-degree angles, it may be possible to make a more accurate assessment. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!
Hello and thank you for your question. Addressing the shape of your nose (especially the nostrils and tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address both your aesthetic concerns and any functional issues with...
The nasal columella angle is over 110 degrees, which is beyond what is desirable for a woman. This will be corrected by using septal extension grafts and can be harvested by using your own septum or cadaver donor. This is done on both sides of the septum, will lengthen the nose and correct the...
