Going 6000cc. I have been told this will require expanders. Can it be done with 800cc saline implants overfilled? (photo)

I hope this is a typo. Saline implants can be over-inflated. The largest volume I have inflated implants to is 2500cc per side. This takes several procedures to reach this volume. I would be very hesitant to go beyond 2500cc.

did you mean 600cc?  The largest implants easily available from FDA approved companies max out in the 900+ cc range, no plastic surgeon would recommend an implant at is 6000cc

Your question does not make any sense to me.  I have never heard of anyone doing 6000 cc implants.  Certainly a 800 cc implant will not tolerate this kind of overexpansion.  I would recommend you reconsider this plan.

While I understand that you have a particular aesthetic goal in mind, be mindful that large implants increase your risk of complications and can have long lasting effects on your breast soft tissue. Large implants can also lead to back, neck and shoulder pain that is common with patients that seek breast reduction. I would have a frank discussion with your plastic surgeon and have them explain what are the potential long term consequences of using large implants. Good luck.

I don't think an 800cc implant will tolerate 6000cc of volume. I've never tried though. I know you can take an 800cc implant up to around 1200cc which I have done in reconstruction cases. You are best served to check back with the two surgeons you have met with. I would bet that most plastic surgeons have never put 6000cc into a breast.

Thank you for your question.  You already have large breasts and adding 600-800 cc will make them extremely large.  My suspicion is that the look you are hoping to achieve will require a breast lift in addition to breast implants.  Please consult a plastic surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
