I had breast implants then a lift done about 7 years ago. Since then I've been suffering from upper mid back pain and neck pain chronically. I'm wondering if it's caused by the implants. It was 350 cc. 5 bulging discs I like to know what your thoughts ard an opinion on whether or not removing the implants will help my back and neck pain. I am small frame petite. Arlene

Thank you for your question. The deflated the shell of the saline implant should be removed after deflation. However if the capsule around the saline implant is thin and not tightened it need not be removed. A thick constricted calcified capsule should be removed however.
