I'm having several procedures done and am having second thoughts on J-Plasma and fat transfer to hip dips. My concern with the J-Plasma is if I really need it and what the benefits are. My doctor was not 100% clear with me about it. As for fat transfer to hip dips, do I have enough fat to make a visible difference, and is it worth the potential risks. Here's the list of procedures: - tummy tuck - lipo with j plasma to the waist, back bra roll, front bra roll - fat transfer to hip dips.

Answer: FAT Transfer Sounds like you have a wonderful physician who has outlined a plan for you. The amount of fat that can be transferred will depend upon the amount of fat that is removed during the liposuction process. This is only known once the liposuction procedure is completed. If your surgeon seems confident then you should trust his opinion, if not there is no harm in a second or third opinion for consistency. Fat transfer/grafting (in upto 40%) of patients may not survive so results vary from patient to patient. You can always ask your surgeon about sculptra.Good Luck on you Journey

Answer: A solid plan It looks like all the procedures you have listed are appropriate but from my perspective Jay plasma does not deliver. I bought a device and used it for six months and saw only increased postoperative pain with no improvements. That was just my experience but it was enough for me to get rid of the device and never recommend it again. Everything else on your list seems appropriate. Discuss with your plastic surgeon.
