Getting a BBL. Do you think I should pay extra for J Plasma? (photos)

Based on the photos I don’t think you require j plasma treatments for skin tightening. You should be just fine with liposuction and BBL.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You would do well with liposuction, but you might have some excess skin if Renuvion is not used. It could always be done later if needed.

Thanks for sharing your photos. They are helpful. As you mention, there are other factors including cost, added surgery time and the benefits, limitations and side-effects of adding J Plasma to liposuction for a BBL.

You appear to be an excellent candidate for BBL and if your skin is youthful enough, it will retract naturally without the need for additional fibrous and dermal contraction.

Please consult with those Board Certified Plastic Surgeons who do both (BBL with and without J Plasma) and review their photos. Request the surgeon to have the patients speak with you for their perspective.

Your question is purely a personal decision. There is NO medical/scientific evidence the J-Plasma does anything! If a technology was so great why are there so few of these machines available? Why are we see very poor results to even scar fibrosis caused by this technology. Just be careful out there.
