I am getting a BBL surgery and I can add on additional procedures. I want to know the difference between J-Plasma and HD lipo?

J plasma is safe for those with a pacemaker but you will need medical clearance to have liposuction my whole practice is doing lipoabdominoplasty, or at least liposuction with internal heating (which is not the gold standard for skin tightening with body contouring). the smaller you are before...

You need skin removal for the best results (ie neck/face lift). you can do amodifed renuvion + platysmaplasty but still its best to do neck lift with lasers like halo or co2. implant and fillers along jaw and on face (with sculptra) will also help improve your look. start peels now: cosmelan or...

I am not sure what advice you have been given but you need a neck/face lift, fillers, and morpheus long term with thermage/ultherapy every 6 months AFTER you get the lift. if you want a dramatic change necklift/facelift, Implants and fillers will give you that. noninvasive will improve the area...
