I have seen a few doctors & have heard definitely J Plasma or definitely Tummy Tuck or both, depending on the doctor; any advice? Goal: Achieve a tight, more defined torso. I include a photo of a body Id like to achieve through surgery, diet & exercise. Ideally no scar, but Im also ok with a scar if JPlasma will continue to leave me with loose skin. 30s, somewhat athletic (Gym lifting 3-4x per week), nonsmoker, light alcohol, good diet. Note: I had liposuction on my stomach/chest at 18yo.
Answer: Abdomen I think Renuvion would work well for you, and you might need a little more liposuction of the lower abdomen. I don't think the long scar of the tummy tuck would be a good trade for you.

Answer: J plasma is good choice for your body j plasmas procedure can be done whole back, tummy and breast areas so it improves your skin and tighten it well. after surgery if you plan for lipo drainage massage, this also improves your body. for tummy tuck procedure may be thinks 20 years later :) because tummy tuck does not effects your back or breast area

Answer: Treatment option Despite having mild skin laxity a question if you’ll be happy with the look of a full tummy tuck. look at results and ask yourself if you’re good with how the belly button looks and that scar. I purchased Renuvion when it first came out. I used it for six months and then sold mine on eBay. I literally saw zero skin tightening using this device compared to just doing liposuction. I actually made measurements between moles etc. and saw zero immediate zero zero long-term skin tightening. other than ablative facial skin resurfacing I think renuvion or Jay plasma is a failure. The device was designed to treat endometriosis which is a procedure done by OB/GYN physicians. somebody got the bright idea that this could be used to tighten skin. The doctors that stood behind these concepts are in my opinion somewhat questionable and I think the company will eventually go bankrupt. Anyhow, that was my first hand experience. I lost a lot of money buying that device and as much as I like my surgical tools the truth is some just don’t deliver. If you really want the look of your wish picture I think you’re going to have to drive your BMI lower and start getting more serious about your weight training. Liposuction will help to some degree. skin laxity can be unforgiving but at least with reducing your subcutaneous fat you can have improvements. Personally I’m not a big fan of high definition Liposuction but I’m guessing that is the type of procedure people may recommend for you. The one single thing you cannot do is to have high definition Liposuction now then move to have a tummy tuck later. Doing so would move the etched anatomic landmarks into the wrong position. Personally I would recommend you stay with a well done aggressive Liposuction procedure and own the rest of your looks do to your exercise and keeping your weight down. Mats Hagstrom MD
