Uneven breasts after implant replacement and lift - what can be done with the left side? (Photos)

MissB2023
I had a breast implant replacement and lift procedure. My implants were very stretched out from pregnancy and were about 12 years old. I had 250 cc silicone under the muscle and went to 200 cc. My right breast has settled nicely my left breast has nevernever looked or felt the same as the right it seems to be pulling to the side. It looks very different in size and in shape. The skin doesn’t feel taunt like the right side when I raise my hands above my head. They’re very different as well in size. The scarring is uneven.I was unable to get a photo in this position. I’m six months out and wondering what can be done with the left side to get in better shape and overall size to match the right additionally, the nipples are not in line.
