The best way to correct asymmetry is to operate on both breasts. You would benefit from a circumareola approach to both breasts. This will move one nipple lower and move the other nipple higher. With the lower lying breast, it is possible to excise some of the tissue to increase the size and reposition the fold a little higher.

Based on your nicely series opposed photographs in your history, you initially in your before photos had a symmetry of the breast with volume and shape by doing a lift and implant of same size if magnified these differences. On the larger less tight side, you could have a revision and downsize the implant and remove more breast tissue to gain better symmetry. That revision fee would be $5000-$8000. On virtually all people, the left breast sits about half an inch higher on the chest wall than the right side.
This is true for you as well.
If you were put your index fingers in your IMF(infra mammary fold) you’ll see that the left side sits higher than the right side.
If the left breast sits higher on the chest wall to the left nipple should be higher as well.
In your case, the left breast is higher, but you’re right nipple is higher.The distance between your areola and IMF is different on each side. (Longer on the right side).
The left nipple should be raised slightly higher.
Some plastic surgeons will line up the nipples, even if the breast are not lined up.
Like I mentioned almost all people have the left breast sitting higher on the chest wall than the right side, so the left nipple should sit slightly higher as well to match.
Your breasts are fairly large and size.
I wonder if a 200 mL implant is even doing very much.
