I’m looking to have a revision in a few months and would like some advice on what would be the best plan of action? (Photos)

In your frontal view, you can see your breasts are asymmetrical, the right breast is descending and your breasts are wider than your chest wall. Your implants are too heavy for your body to maintain long term. I recommend much smaller implants to have a better long term and stable result.

It looks like your left breast was sitting a little lower in the before pictures.
Most people have the left breast sitting higher on the chest wall than the right side.
Most likely that was the case for you as well if you look at your initial before pictures.
Because the left breast technically sits higher on the chest wall, the implant usually sits a little higher on the left.
I believe your surgeon tightened the internal pocket or capsule to lift the left breast.
Often you have to do this a little more initially because the implant will drop with time.
I think it’s too early for you to judge the outcome.
Your implants are on the large side.
If almost all of your breast volume is implant, then you may end up with issues related to having very little natural tissue covering the implant.
This includes ripping and other issues.
Using excessively large implants will generally always increase the chance of undesirable side effects, complications and need for revision surgery.
The bigger the implants, the more likely these problems are.
I suggest allowing yourself to heal for six months before assessing the outcome.
Correcting bottom doubt implants is not easier straightforward.
It looks to me like your surgeon did a pretty good job( it takes time to see the final outcome)
