I’m looking to have a revision in a few months and would like some advice on what would be the best plan of action? (Photos)

I’m a 40 year old female, lean, very fit with little breast tissue. I originally had 615cc Soft Touch extra full profile and a few weeks ago had it exchanged to 650cc Cohesive full profile with a little fat graft. The goal was to minimize the rippling and I wanted my implants to sit a little higher and look more round. I ended up with very asymmetric breasts, right breast looks like it’s bottoming out, also I have more rippling on the right breast now than I did before. For some reason my plastic surgeon tightened the capsule on my left breast but not the right one. I’m looking to have a revision in a few months and would really like some advice on what would be the best plan of action to fix my breasts. I would like to keep the same implants as I am happy with the size. First photo is before the exchange and second is after.
