Hi there, I had a rhinoplasty 1 year ago and a tip revision 4 months ago. Cartilage was taken from the back of my ear to round out the tip as it was too pointed. I love my nose but when it's even the tiniest bit cold it goes bright red and turns into a circle on the end - I'm not sure what's causing this or if I need to be doing anything to fix it?
