I hate the lack of definition between my bum and thigh. I have banana roll fat which I have tried to target with exercise and I don’t have a definitive gluteal fold which makes my bum look weak and saggy. I would also like to fill out the hip dips a little but my main concern is the gluteal fold region. Would implants help to create more of a contour? I’ve looked into gluteal fold surgery but cannot find any surgeons. I just want a nice defined crease, i’m not so bothered about size. I have also considered liposuction in the upper thigh just under the buttock but heard this can make it worse? Please share your advice and recommendations. It’s my biggest insecurity. For context I am 25 and active. No matter how much gym I do I cannot seem to tone this area, after 4 years I have given up.

Answer: Gluteal crease Some people have a Kries or fold under their buttocks and some people do not. If you don’t have one, you’re not supposed to have one. Trying to create an increase for doing Liposuction in the banana roll or just above the banana roll will not fix the problem and will create other problems. Trying to create a increase for doing Liposuction in the banana roll or just above the banana roll will not fix the problem and will create other problems. I do not recommend Liposuction in this area. I do not recommend Liposuction of the banana roll.I do not recommend trying to create a gluteal crease on patients who don’t have them. And It never looks natural and only makes things worse. If your hip dip bothers you then reduce the fat of your love handles and the hip dip will go away. I recommend you leave your thighs and your bottom alone and instead consider well done Liposuction of your midsection, especially the waist and love handles. Liposuction with or without fat transfer should be considered permanent and irreversible procedures. You’ve done poorly the procedures can leave people disfigured. It’s hard for me to imagine you were being happy with the procedures. You are proposing. These areas have a high propensity of causing problems and I’ve never seen someone get a good result from Liposuction of the banana roll. You could do liposuction of the upper inner thigh, going back to the backside slightly. This two can be technically challenging and lead to deformities if not done correctly. If you decide to have surgery, you need to make sure the surgeon doing your procedure can show you at least 20 examples of previous patients who had the same procedure. Having surgery with someone who can’t show you a high number of before and after pictures Gives you a high likelihood of having an undesirable outcome. These are technically challenging procedures, and the area does not lend itself to easy high-quality Liposuction outcomes. You look great, and if there is something that was easy to treat, you should consider doing it. To me reducing your love handles and a waste would be a slam dunk. If someone doesn’t know what they’re doing, they can mess up any part of your body when it comes to Liposuction. Being a famous plastic surgeon or someone has an overall good reputation does not mean they’re good at Liposuction. You need someone who is specifically exceptional at Liposuction specifically. The ability to Deliver consistent liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons approach mastery of this kind of work is in reality quite small. Average plastic surgeons deliver average results. When it comes to Liposuction average isn’t all that good.To ensure you’re going to get an exceptional outcome, you need to be working with an exceptional provider for this procedure.
