Can a mini rhinoplasty be performed at the same time as a facial fat transfer?

I have been advised by a local cosmetic surgeon that I would be a suitable candidate for a facial fat transfer, as I lose significant adipose tissue because of an illness. This has also caused my nose to look disproportionately large to my face, particularly the tip. Would he be able to perform a mini rhinoplasty (i.e. just rhinoplasty of the tip of the nose) at the same time as a transfer of fat to my face?
