Is a short scar neck lift the right procedure to help add definition to my jaw line? (photos)

I am in my late 20s. About 2 yrs ago, I had a chin implant and neck liposuction. While it was an improvement, I still want more definition around my jawline. I would not have the procedure now but in a couple of years time. Is this the right procedure for me?
