I am in my late 20s. About 2 yrs ago, I had a chin implant and neck liposuction. While it was an improvement, I still want more definition around my jawline. I would not have the procedure now but in a couple of years time. Is this the right procedure for me?

You have some fullness under your jawline that is interfering with the definition.  The liposuction removed superficial fat, but the fat to trim is beneath the muscles there, and would not have been addressed by that.
I'm not certain the best chin implant shape was selected.  It is likely possible to make that more tapered and narrow as well.
Overall you're looking at about 90 minutes with a small incision under the chin
