Is a short scar neck lift the right procedure to help add definition to my jaw line? (photos)

I am in my late 20s. About 2 yrs ago, I had a chin implant and neck liposuction. While it was an improvement, I still want more definition around my jawline. I would not have the procedure now but in a couple of years time. Is this the right procedure for me?

It looks like either the platysmal sutures were dehiscent or possible resection of midline fat under the platysma or prominent anterior digastric muscles. This cannot be corrected by more of the same technique. A routine platysmaplasty with a SMAS lift may not correct your problem. For this,...
