I have had surgery over a year ago( and still have dryness now since surgery - it can cause a feeling of congestion, and stuffy nose and on bad days blocked feeling. I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction at the same time as rhinoplasty. I did not have any issues before surgery. This is impacting my life a lot. I am 14 months post-surgery. I use humidifiers, nasal oil, and sprays, drink a lot of water etc

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. Pregnancy is one of risks of nasal congestion/dryness due to hormonal changes.
Hello!Thank you for your question
As far as I can understand from your question
we do not recommend local anesthesia, general anesthesia is the most reliable method
It would be better face to face consultation
Best Regards!
