Which procedure would be best to correct asymmetrical lower nose 6 years post rhinoplasty? (photos)

Question

I had rhinopladry 6 years ago. Bump was removed, no tip work although it changed slightly. Ostetomies were performed. Healing was fine. Its very obvious my nose is assymetrical and wider. Not sure if the bones were narrrowed enough and whether i formed scar tissue. What arre my options. Can i just get tip rhinoplasty to resolve the assymetrical lower nose? What procedure is best and average costs with caveat this is not the final price. Thank you

Based on your photo, you appear to have nostril asymmetry on front view. Your left nostril is higher than your right, and there are some small tip asymmetries as well. You are seeing this likely because you have thin nasal skin. You do not appear to have an overly wide nasal bridge appearance. If you like tell your nose looked when it was perhaps a bit more swollen, depending on your examination, micro droplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for improving upon your nostril and tip symmetry. To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have proper before, and after pictures, then contact your provider and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
It’s difficult to assess your nose based on the pictures included and we can’t assess the outcome of the procedure without knowing what you look like before. On the second picture there looks like there is a defect on the left lateral side of your nose. Did you have a piercing there?
I suggest you follow up with your provider and have him or her address your concerns. Consider reposting with better pictures or schedule an in person second opinion consultations with other providers in your community. For second opinion consultations I recommend patients come prepared to bring with them a complete set of before and after pictures and a copy of your previous operative report. These are all available from your current providers office if you request them.
