I want a way to get back to sports and no pain when sneezing and coughing - will rib cartilage transplant help?

I have done a rib rhinoplasty and at the moment I can not live as a normal sport man. I want to fix myself. Is it possible to transplant rib cartilage to mine? Please help me if you have any information. Thank you in advance.
