I am not sure why my nose looks even more round and bulbous after rhinoplasty. This was definitely not the predicted result... Is there anything I can do to get a defined tip? What do you think went wrong here? Would steroid injections, skin excision, skin dermabrasion, or anything else help...? This is a sad thing for me.

Scar tissue is going to form anytime you have injuries or surgery.
Surgically removing scar tissue typically just makes more scar tissue.
It is one of the side effects of having surgery.
