Which procedure would help correct round nose tip after rhinoplasty? (photos)

It is difficult to truly evaluate the outcome/nose with the photos provided. I recommend seeing your original surgeon to voice your results. Any surgeon who is serious about rhinoplasty will listen to your concerns and provide appropriate counseling/advice regarding how best to move forward. This should be coupled with a full physical exam of the nose. If this is not possible, I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon (with a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and The Aesthetic Society accredited aesthetic fellowship) for a consultation. I would recommend a physical exam in person to further evaluate what is going on with the nose.

It is not sure how many months have passed since the surgery. Also, doctors need to know what procedures were done on the nose to anwer your question. Anyway, your tip looks bulbous and poorly defined. There are many reasons for the bulbous tip; large tip cartialge, thick skin, abnormal position of the tip cartilage, scarring, .. Please find a good doctor nearby and get an in-person consultation. When you go there, please carry previous operation record. To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have proper before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. Your picture is a little blurry and only shows one view. On top of that, the picture is taken us a close-up which distort the image.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took and consider reposting. For a proper second opinion consultation, I suggest scheduling doses in person consultations with other plastic surgeons in your community. In the meantime, I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her.
