Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance and a nasal bridge that may be a drop too low. The feasibility of revision rhinoplasty would require an examination. We also recommend that your surgeon reviews your operative report and Preoperative photos. Flat and wide nasal bridge can be converted to a less wide and defined one through osteotomy. Tip deprojection is possible through manipulation & realignment of the nasal tip cartilage. The divot on the nostrils can be corrected through a cartilage infradome graft.Good results can be expected.
