My tip is too high. My bridge is wider at the top than before and its taller than before. Also the part in the middle of my tip doesnt flow well to the trst of my nose because they made it flat and the top of my tip is too high. I also have two little divots on the top of mt nostrils. I think its because the frame they gave me doesnt match the shape of the way my skin lays

At 4 months this is normal. The firmest is part of the healing process that will take between 12-15 month. No a revision rhinoplasty will not fix this and shouldn't be do perform until the healing has occurred. These are questions that you should discuss with your surgeon.
