Columella twisted/deviated to one side, alar were to be separated as they are intertwined causing columella deviation but evident they have not been. Instead, something has been put on other side of columella to counteract problem. Still pull/contour to one side. Evident nostril asymmetry. Hoping this was final surgery but clearly not. Can this be addressed, intertwined alar separated and put correctly to even out asymmetry and contour? Would be 4th revision. Any non surgical solution?

Answer: Asymmetric nostrils after multiple corrections
Hi @Brave9480. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance and a nasal bridge that may be a drop too low. The feasibility of revision rhinoplasty would require an examination. We also recommend that your surgeon reviews your operative report and Preoperative photos. A dorsal nasal implant...
At 4 months this is normal. The firmest is part of the healing process that will take between 12-15 month. No a revision rhinoplasty will not fix this and shouldn't be do perform until the healing has occurred. These are questions that you should discuss with your surgeon.
