Hello, 2.5 months after my open rhinoplasty, my nasal tip became infected. 3 rounds of antibiotics, 2 dermatologists, 1 steroid injection, 2 months of thinking it was a keloid and wearing silicone scar tape, and 2 plastic surgeon consultations later, I don't see someone again until December. I just met with a Dermatologist for keloid scar laser services, and within 5 seconds of meeting me, he felt the tip and told me, "this is broken and resurfaced cartilage".

It seems that you may need very fine nose base, nostril surgery, which may need multiple cartilage grafts like allar, possibly butterfly? In person consultation with a true expert in rhinoplasty is recommended. Good luck.
