More open, rested eyes - Is this result from ptosis surgery or fat grafting? (Photos)

I’m a 21-year-old male and this is a cosmetic concern for me. In the “after” photo (the photo at the bottom part of the image) the eyes look more open and rested, as well as less upper eyelid show being present. I’m trying to understand what procedure creates this kind of result. Can ptosis repair alone achieve this effect, or does it usually involve volume restoration like fat grafting? I’d like to avoid fillers if possible. Any insight into what’s most likely responsible for this type of transformation would be appreciated.
