Looking for advice on eye procedures: I’m unhappy with the tired, heavy-eyelid look and want a more feminine, refreshed appearance that fixes the bulging & big eyelid space in natural way. What surgeries should I consider, and what are the typical costs?

At least from the photos provided, it would seem reasonable, before jumping to surgery, to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert to discuss the use of Botox. A couple of microdroplets of Botox placed appropriately in the tail region of the eyebrows has been used for years to nonsurgically contour the more feminine upward and outward flare of the outer third of the eyebrows. This might be all that you need to refresh and rejuvenate the eyebrows and make the eyes appear wider.
