Oval ergonomix Motiva implants

To overcome a tuberous or contracted breast deformity a round implant would have more ability to shape the breast as the gel is more firm and it does give more shape to the breast. The Ergonomix is a more natural shape with less upper pole fill which would also work in a tuberous breast but would not be my first choice. I see no value in an oval shaped implant for a tuberous breast deformity.

Thank you for your question. The Motiva Ergonomix implants in general allow to achieve a more natural cosmetic result, as they behave more like an anatomical teardrop shaped implant (the Ergonomix 2 / Joy even more that the Ergonomix 1).

With regards to the Oval shape, do you refer to the Biconvex Diamond Shaped Mia Implants ? If this is the case, this is a very specific implant - same gel of the ergonomix 2 - supersilicones ) inserted through a small incision in the axilla, sub-mammary (in front of the muscle). Not all patients are good candidate for this specific Mia Femtech procedure. I would advise you to go for a consultation or at least to contact one of the 3 clinics in the UK (we are the MIA Femtech clinic in the North of the UK) to explore options.
