Oval ergonomix Motiva implants

Question

Hi, can you give me some advice on choosing the right motiva implnts for correvtion of tubular type 2 breasts please. The dr I had consultation with siggested motica round but I do not like the look of round implants and prefer ergonomix shape, but recently I came across motiva Oval shape ergonomix and was wondering if they are a better option for corrwvtion of tubular breasts since theyre look fullee than regular ergonomix and still not round.

To overcome a tuberous or contracted breast deformity a round implant would have more ability to shape the breast as the gel is more firm and it does give more shape to the breast.  The Ergonomix is a more natural shape with less upper pole fill which would also work in a tuberous breast but would not be my first choice.  I see no value in an oval shaped implant for a tuberous breast deformity.

Thank you for your question. The Motiva Ergonomix implants in general allow to achieve a more natural cosmetic result, as they behave more like an anatomical teardrop shaped implant (the Ergonomix 2 / Joy even more that the Ergonomix 1).

With regards to the Oval shape, do you refer to the Biconvex Diamond Shaped Mia Implants ? If this is the case, this is a very specific implant - same gel of the ergonomix 2 - supersilicones ) inserted through a small incision in the axilla, sub-mammary (in front of the muscle).  Not all patients are good candidate for this specific Mia Femtech procedure. I would advise you to go for a consultation or at least to contact one of the 3 clinics in the UK (we are the MIA Femtech clinic in the North of the UK) to explore options.

My preference lies with Motiva implants, particularly the Ergonomix range, because of the unique benefits they offer. The standout feature of the Ergonomix implants, and even more so with the Ergonomix 2, is their dynamic shape, which is made possible by their advanced gel properties.
What makes these implants truly exceptional is how they mimic the natural behaviour of the breast. When you're lying flat, the breast typically adopts a rounder shape, while when standing, it takes on more of a teardrop form. The Ergonomix 1 and especially the Ergonomix 2 implants are designed to replicate this natural shift. They adapt from a round shape when lying down to a teardrop shape when upright, which, in my opinion, makes them the best choice for achieving the most natural and aesthetically pleasing results
