Motiva breast implant pain 2 years later, what could be wrong?

I have motiva ergonomix from October 2020 and I have some pain in my left breast that goes and comes, specifically on the top and sometimes all over. My nipple has had a burning session once or twice. It doesn’t look higher or abnormal and it doesn’t feel hard. The pain also feels like it’s a little to my armpits. Surgeon is out of the country. What do I do? thank you

It sounds more like nerve irritation and generally they tend to settle down with time. they are more common in implant placement behind the muscle. anti inflammatory like ibuprofen regularly can help them settle down. take rest when pain flares up and avoid using pec major muscle including weights exercise  for few  week or so to see if it helps .

It sounds like one of the superficial nerves is irritated causing referred pain. It should respond to regual massage with Voltarol antiinflammatory gel

Your symptoms are very common and not an indication that anything is wrong. Implants pull on the tissue and sometimes this will create discomfort. Burning in the nipple is also common from  stretching of the nerve but typically resolves on its own

Good morning, the suggestion according to your question would be to perform a breast ultrasound and check the breast and the implant and relate it to the hormonal changes in your body and rule out any problem of any of them (breast or implant) and would allow you to check the area of the armpit.
