Bad liposuction results - is this fixable? (Photos)

I had a very traumatic lipo procedure where almost every area touched has been botched. The most stressing area is under my bum. my surgeon was only meant to address my inner thighs but fat was taken from my saddle bags causing these depressions which can be seen through clothing. I really dont want a scar for a thigh lift due to living in a beach city and want to be able to feek confident enough to enjoy the sea again. Can anyone offer any advice - is this fixable?

This may not be what you want to hear, but I do not think, purely based on the photos, that this is anything other than loose and redundant skin. I do not think further liposuction of any type is going to fix the problem, but clearly an in person consultation would be warranted to firm up that...
