I think the roundness of your nasal tip is due to the fact that you had a surgery to de-project your nose. That means that your nose was put closer to your face so it shouldn't stick out as far. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision Rhinoplasty in order to derotate and  deproject your over-rotaed tip. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
