You probably won't see much volume increase from nanofat alone, but most of the time there is some microfat grafting for volume where it is deficient.

Great question! While nano-fat injections are aimed at improving skin quality or texture ("thickening the skin"), you typically would not see a noticeable change in overall volume unless performing regular fat grafting as well. The nano-fat is broken down and filtered different from regular fat grafting for volume.

Collagen production is generally a marketing term used for anything that creates scar tissue since scar tissue is made up of mostly collagen.
Any surgical procedure Will create some scar tissue but may also cause some loss of tissue from the invasiveness.
Volume from fat transfer is based on the fat cells that survive and not secondary volume attributes.

Facial fat transfer is tricky and patient opting for this treatment should be very selective of their provider. Otherwise I suggest you stick with fillers which are more precise, predictable and far more forgiving.
