I have developed under eye bags at 50. And I am considering solutions. I tried under eye filler (Redensity 2) and for me it broke down in 6 to 8 months and made it worse, so I dissolved it. I tried 1 session of NuEra RF + Microneedling + Polynucleotides and after 6 weeks, don't see any difference. I heard that Morpeus 8 body pins can be used on eye bags to melt the fat and regular face/eye pin head for under eye crepe skin. Or lower bleph is the only option?

Answer: Under-eye concerns Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. Given your experience with under-eye filler and various non-surgical treatments, it sounds like you're exploring all possible options to address your under-eye bags and crepey skin. Morpheus8, particularly with its body pins, can indeed be used to target deeper fat pads under the eyes, potentially helping to reduce the appearance of under-eye bags. The device combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to treat both fat and skin. For more superficial concerns like crepey skin, the regular Morpheus8 face/eye pin head might be beneficial, as it delivers radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and tighten the skin. If non-surgical methods have not provided the results you're looking for, and considering your experience with fillers and other treatments, lower blepharoplasty might be a more definitive solution. This surgical procedure can directly address and remove excess fat and skin from the under-eye area, offering more substantial and longer-lasting results. I hope this helps and best of l
