Recommended neck procedures to treat premature aging? (Photo)

Hi, I'm 37 and feel as if my neck is aging prematurely. I am naturally fair-skinned and thin, and have noticed some volume loss in the mid and lower face, resulting in a softening of a previously sharp jawline and heaviness under the chin. I'm very self-conscious about the lines and laxity in the neck, and am seeking some non-surgical options. I've had aestheticians recommend Morpheus, however I've read of side effects such as burned skin and worsened laxity following the procedure, especially for those who didn't have much fat in the face to begin with. Muscle tone in my neck has always been on the weaker side due to bad posture. Suggestions?

Morpheus8 is a great option when considering a skin tightening treatment. Moprheus8 stimulates the underlying layers of the dermis. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Morpheus 8 radiofrequency microneedling is a fabulous option for "neck aging."  It induces collagen production, skin tightening, muscle contraction and even some fat loss at certain depths.  It is a great option.  IF you have an actual pocket of fat under the chin, you might try a submental coolsculpting treatment and then follow it one month later with morpheus.
