I (47yo F) have always had quite stretchy skin on my face. I have started to get quite pronunced loose skin around jowl area. Have previously had hifu and dermal fillers to lift but think i need something more effective. Not a good candidate for thread lift as i do intense HIIT, crossfit, gym etc. Is Morpheus 8 the best option or are there better options?
Answer: Neogen. Thank you for your question! I would suggest Neogen. Neogen is a nonsurgical skin rejuvenation treatment that uses nitrogen plasma technology for skin tightening. NeoGen converts nitrogen gas into plasma energy which penetrates the superficial and the deeper levels of the skin. It triggers the body's natural healing process, so it promotes new collagen and elastin growth providing immediate skin tightening and firmer skin for the next 8 months after treatment. The results will provide a firmer and tighter skin. I hope this helps and good luck!

Answer: Morpheus Ignite/Burst for sagging skin lower face Thanks Lairyfairie for your question! The best procedure for sagging skin on the lower is between Morpheus and Profound RF and the choice depends on several factors, including the severity of the sagging, your desired outcome, and your tolerance for downtime. Morpheus takes less downtime and is less intrusive. It works well for mild to moderate wrinkles, fine lines, and skin laxity, and usually takes many sessions to provide noticeable benefits. Conversely, profound radiofrequency delivers more energy, has a longer recovery period, and may cause bruising and swelling. Profound RF is perfect for moderate to severe skin laxity and jowling since it can deliver more noticeable skin tightening and lifting in a single session. In our office we provide Morpheus Ignite Burst which is the best, most updated version of Morpheus treatment platform. The advantages include faster, and more efficient treatment with very little pain and quickest recovery. This is due to advanced technology utilized in this version of device. Morever, we have other rejuvenating procedures like RF Profound, CO2 Fractional Laser and Fractoras well as QuantumRF that give us the opportunity to individualize and personalize the best treatment option for our clients.Morpheus Ignite Burst for skin tightening. Answer: A great option for saggy skin would be doing Morpheus8 and some hydrating fillers to give a more youthful appearance. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
