What procedure will fix skin damage caused by Morpheus8? (Photos)

I had morpheus8 procedure 6 months ago and it left my skin red with needle marks / large pore size. I have been using retrinal cream but it didn’t help. Is there any effective procedure that can help correct it? Thank you.
