Mentor High Round XTRA 335CC or Just High Profile 325CC? Im very petite 5 foot and weigh around 6.10/7 stone.

Question

I’m around 4 foot 11 weight around 6 stone 10/7 stone. I need under the muscle I have not a lot of tissue at the top. My surgeon recommended 285 CC high profile Xtra or 335 CC XTRA. I think 285 will be to small and ill regret not going bigger. I wish there was a 310CC in the XTRA. I love the look of the 325CC just high profile but will it be too wide the implant do I need the XTRA? My measurements are below sternal notch to nipple distance is 17.5 cm on the right and 17.5 cm on the left. The nipple to inframammary fold distance is 5 cm on the right and 5 cm on the left. The breast width is 10 cm on the right and 10 cm on left. The nipple to midline distance is 9.5 cm on the right and 9 cm on the left.

In my experience, this decision should be driven more by breast base width and tissue coverage than by the small volume difference. In a very petite frame, a slightly wider implant can sometimes look less controlled at the outer breast, even if the cc number feels appealing.
I would compare the exact implant base diameter with your measured breast width, skin tightness, and upper-pole tissue thickness. If your surgeon recommended an Xtra profile to keep projection while limiting width, that may be the reason. An in-person sizing session is usually more useful than choosing by cc alone.

Choosing an implant size/style is an important decision which is best made in concert with your surgeon. Ultimately, options are based on a number of factors including:
-Chest dimensions: This point is crucial as the width of your breasts defines the available "real estate" on which the foundation of your augmentation is built. This "foot print" is the absolute limit with which you are dealing.  Too "large" is not so much the risk as too "wide." You cannot build a 3 acre mansion on a half acre plot. An implant which is too wide (exceeding the available space on your chest) will generally over hang laterally making it more noticeable and occasionally contributing to discomfort and nerve symptoms (numbness or tingling). This will also contribute to a more unnatural look.
-Tissue quality: This relates to size in the sense that the implant will be suspended by your tissue. Too large an implant may place took large a stress on these suspending tissues leading to healing problems in the short term and bottoming out in the long term.
-Patient desire (what is the look you are hoping to achieve?)
My role as a surgeon is to manage expectations and guide you towards a prudent choice which can satisfy these reasonable goals. Often times, a surgeon can guide a patient toward a size/cc range and patients will make determinations on implant style/profile. Patient seeking more or less projection, or seeking a more pronounced or subtle upper pole volume increase can be guided toward an implant which will help them best achieve their goals. Additionally, technique variations (sub muscular vs. sub glandular) can also aid in obtaining the look you desire.  
There are a number of tools available to help guide patient/surgeon decision making including sizers, 3D imaging and goal photos. Each modality can help better communicate your goals to your surgeon and vice versa.
Ultimately, it is important to not marry oneself to a particular "cc" as oppose to a particular "look." 
With regards to your specific question, I would not stress over small implant volume differentials as they are unlikely to make or break a result. Your potential options will differ by millimeters.
Communication is key as you and your surgeon create your custom surgical plan.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. 
When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.
Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.
Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.
You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

At 4'11" with a 10 cm breast width, you have a very narrow frame, which makes the base diameter of the implant your most critical measurement to avoid the "side-boob" look or having the implants feel too wide for your chest. While I understand the fear of going too small, a standard 325cc High Profile implant usually has a diameter around 11.5 cm, which would likely overhang your breast tissue and feel uncomfortable against your arms. The XTRA (High Profile) line is actually designed for this exact scenario; because it has more "fill" and projection for a narrower width, the 285cc or 335cc XTRA will give you that upper fullness you’re looking for while staying within your 10 cm footprint. If you are leaning toward the 335cc for more "wow" factor, just keep in mind that with a 5 cm nipple-to-fold distance, your skin will be quite tight post-op, so you’ll need to be diligent with your recovery to allow the tissue to settle over that extra projection.

Implant selection is best done alongside your experienced board certified plastic surgeon.  If both implants were recommended for you then your surgeon feels they would both fit and give you the look you are wanting.  Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to give you an idea of how you may look after surgery. Breast augmentation outcomes are generally based on three variables.
The first variable is the patient candidate to see for the procedure and
This has a lot to do with the shape of the breast, the position of the breast on the chest wall and any potential breast divergence.
The second variable is implant selection in regards to size shape and type.
The third variable is surgeon ability to do the procedure correctly.
Anytime excessively large implants are used the chance of having complications, needing revisions or having other issues is going to be increased.
I’m not sure how you can anticipate what you look is going to be like without having had the procedure.
In the end provider selection is the most important variable.
Each plastic surgeon will have their own way of guiding patients through the implant selection process.
Some providers ask the patient to choose the implant.
Other providers make the implant selection based on input from the patient.
 My personal preference has been to work with before and after pictures to get an understanding of what the patient is hoping to achieve.
And then use temporary slicers during surgery to determine what size implant will give the desired outcome.
I usually have a complete selection of implants at my disposal during surgery.
This requires either having an implant inventory available at the surgery facility or the surgeon being willing to ship back implants that weren’t used after the procedure.
Implant selection is important and some providers are better at guiding patients through this process than others.
