400cc, Mentor & breast changed shape, is it obvious to other surgeons? (Photos)

I had breast implants September 2021, 400cc mentor silicone dual plane placement. My left breast (right in the picture) was looking good at 6 months post op, but when I reached 9 months it looked less full, like it hadn’t dropped fully again. My surgeon says it’s fine and not capsular contraction. I just wanted to ask if the change I’ve noticed are obvious to other surgeons and what it could be? It doesn’t hurt but feels like firmer than the other one.

Because of the weight of your large implants, they have bottomed out some. This size is a little too large and heavy for your tissue. Do wear a good supporting bra during the day.

What you have now looks nice on you and fits your frame well. However, you have some bottoming out with this set, and I don't recommend going any larger. Your tissue will not be able to support more weight unless an internal bra with mesh is done.
