Flat cheeks and hollow under eyes - am I candiate for malar implants or combined infraorbital malar implants? (photos)

I previously had a lefort 1 advancement to correct an underbite but my cheek and under eye area is still quite flat, making me look ssck, tired, and sad. Would malar implants be enough or should i connsider combbined infraorbitaal malar implants? What about submalar and combined malar submalar implants?

It appears that one of the reasons is malar hypoplasia (small cheek bones). Augmentation of the area with small cheek implants, filler or fat grafts,may be the option to improve surrent situation. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this rea would help...

Based on your photos, it appears that you have mild form of malar hypoplasia (small cheek bones). This condition is best corrected with silicon cheek implants. They are placed throught an incision inside upper lip vestibulum. Lower, transconjuctival blepharoplasty, to address tear trough...

It would be very difficult to give you good advise without in person evaluation. It can be a small seroma around implant, implant displacement, rotation, etc. CT scan may be the way to check position of the implant? Discussion with your surgeon is best way to proceed with fixing the problem....
